We are pleased to announce a recent addition to our team: Dr. Dominic Roberts, as a Machine Learning Scientist. His responsibilities include developing new steganography algorithms to keep Steg AI watermarking at the forefront of the industry.

Before joining Steg.AI, Dominic received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he specialized in automated activity analysis of construction resources from images and video. This includes many publications in top-tier conferences like ICCV and the Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering. Dominic also brings prior industry experience from his work at Amazon where he worked on Amazon’s cashierless Just Walk Out technology for Amazon Go and Amazon Fresh stores. In total, these experiences have given Dominic a range of expertise across the Machine Learning and Computer Vision landscape, making him an ideal addition to the Steg AI science team.

“Trust in digital media is a worldwide issue, and I’m very excited to be working on cutting edge watermarking technology at Steg AI to solve this problem”, says Roberts.

Said CTO Joe DeGol, “Dr. Roberts brings both industry experience and computer vision and machine learning expertise to Steg AI. This makes him an ideal fit for our team as we continue to push the boundary on watermarking and digital security.”

At Steg AI, we are driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence, exemplified by the collective efforts of our team, and are thrilled to have Dominic on board. We are not merely a provider of watermarking solutions; we are pioneers in digital asset protection, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible. Through strategic partnerships and continued research, we are poised to revolutionize how organizations safeguard their digital assets. Our watermarking technology is not just a powerful tool for leak prevention; it is a testament to our goals of shaping the future of AI security.
